Production method:

Hobas pipe is a kind of composite material pipe, which is composed of vinyl ester resin (or unsaturated polyester resin), chopped glass fiber, quartz sand and filler. The process is to cast various materials (glass fiber, resin, quartz sand, etc.) into a high-speed rotary mold according to the design requirements. The materials are heated and solidified under the action of centrifugal force to form glass pipe.
